Experience.

Our consultants bring an award-winning and diverse background educationally, professionally, internationally, and experientially to their roles at Clarkinetics Consulting & Associates in North Carolina.

Their leadership experience includes Directorships in a managed care organization, a state department of mental health and substance use services, a national American Indian organization, and a community-based nonprofit agency. She has overseen the development of new initiatives, strengthened service delivery of existing programs, provided subject matter expertise for technical assistance and training, and implemented strategic planning services across the nationwide prevention network at community, state, tribal, and national levels.

Giving Back.

Our Lead Consultants has over 20 years of extensive community volunteerism which includes serving on a variety of state advisory committees, board membership with multiple agencies focusing on decreasing health disparities, and advocacy work dedicated to the prevention of child abuse, substance misuse, and suicide.

Education & Awards.

Our Lead Consultants received their master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma. Certified as a Prevention Specialist through the state and international licensing boards and was awarded the 2014 Art of Prevention Award by the Addiction Professionals of North Carolina, as well as the 2009 Prevention Specialist of the Year award through the Oklahoma Drug and Professional Counselor’s Association.

Lawrence E. Clark, Jr.

Lawrence (Larry) Clark, Jr., MA, LCMHC-A, LCAS-A brings an extensive business background and clinical mental health counseling training to client projects as well as to the operational requirements of Clarkinetics Consulting & Associates. His counseling expertise is on special and minority populations including Autism Spectrum (Asperger’s Syndrome), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Addictions/Recovery, LGBTQ, and Third Culture/Ex-Pats. He is also an accredited provider of Level III Primary Care Teen Positive Parenting Program (Triple P).
